Measure’s approval workflows allow you to define rules that trigger an approval process for contracts. This helps ensure deal compliance and automates parts of your sales process.

Approval Rules

Admins can configure rules that check finalized contracts and initiate an approval process if the criteria are met. Approval rules can be based on criteria such as:
  • Discount amount: Require approval for contracts that exceed a certain discount percentage.
  • Contract value: Trigger an approval workflow for high-value deals to ensure executive oversight.
  • Contract content: Flag deviations from standard templates for legal review.

Notifications and Review

When a contract meets the defined criteria, designated approvers are automatically notified via email and within the Measure platform. Approvers can then review the contract details, approve or reject the terms, and optionally provide comments. This creates an auditable trail for each contract’s approval process.
