Measure automates contract follow-ups with configurable email reminders. Reminders are sent for each contract stage (signing, payment collection) and support multiple signers, ensuring deals do not stall at any point in the process.

Reminder Schedules

Choose from three preset patterns (Basic, Lenient, Persistent) or create custom schedules tailored to your sales process. Continuous reminders: After the final preset reminder, continuous reminders send recurring follow-ups at configurable intervals (e.g., every 3 days) until manually stopped. This ensures persistent engagement without deals falling through the cracks.

Tracking

Reminder status is visible in both the contract list (for quick status assessment) and individual contract views (for complete reminder history). The system automatically creates reminder schedules for each new contract once enabled.

Control

  • Global: Enable or disable reminders organization-wide from Contract Settings. Disabling stops all existing reminders and prevents new ones from being created.
  • Per-contract: Stop reminders on individual contracts based on customer preferences or deal circumstances while keeping the global system active.
